The Stables Vault provides premium vehicle storage and related concierge services, which may include:

• Secure vehicle storage

• Enclosed vehicle transport

• Vehicle detailing and preparation

• Battery maintenance and trickle charging

• Tyre pressure monitoring

• Vehicle inspections

• Service coordination

• Concierge services

• Other services agreed between The Stables Vault and the customer.

Services may vary depending on the selected membership or storage agreement.

3. Memberships

Storage is offered through membership plans which may include varying levels of:

• Facility access

• Vehicle retrieval notice periods

• Concierge services

• Additional storage benefits.

Membership inclusions are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Storage Agreement

Storage commences only after:

• Membership acceptance;

• Completion of all required documentation;

• Payment of applicable fees; and

• Completion of a vehicle condition report.

The Stables Vault reserves the right to decline storage of any vehicle at its discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers warrant that:

• They are authorised to store the vehicle.

• The vehicle is legally owned or under their lawful control.

• The vehicle is insured for its full replacement value.

• Registration details supplied are accurate.

• Any existing damage has been disclosed before storage.

• Dangerous goods or illegal items are not stored within the vehicle.

Customers must notify us of any changes to ownership, insurance or contact details.

6. Vehicle Condition Reports

A photographic condition report may be completed when a vehicle enters and leaves storage.

These records assist in documenting the vehicle's condition and may be relied upon in the event of an insurance or damage claim.

7. Access to Stored Vehicles

Vehicle access is available in accordance with the customer's membership level.

Advance notice may be required before collection or access.

The Stables Vault reserves the right to refuse access where identification cannot be verified or where fees remain outstanding.

8. Payments

Membership fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in suspension of services or restricted vehicle access until outstanding balances have been paid.

All pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

9. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their membership by providing written notice.

Minimum membership terms, where applicable, remain payable.

Refunds for unused storage periods are generally not available unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Insurance

Customers are responsible for maintaining comprehensive insurance covering their vehicle while it is stored.

The Stables Vault maintains insurance appropriate to the operation of its business; however, this does not replace the customer's responsibility to insure their vehicle.

11. Liability

While every reasonable care is taken when handling stored vehicles, The Stables Vault is not liable for loss or damage arising from:

• Mechanical or electrical failure

• Pre-existing defects

• Normal deterioration

• Manufacturer faults

• Acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters

• Theft or damage where caused by criminal acts beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Concierge Services

Where The Stables Vault arranges servicing, repairs, detailing or transport through third-party providers, those services remain subject to the terms and warranties of the relevant provider.

We will take reasonable care in selecting reputable service providers but are not responsible for work performed by independent third parties.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, pricing, services and availability may change without notice.

14. Intellectual Property
